Originally from the Netherlands, I grew up with stroopwafels as a true comfort treat. What started as a love for traditional Dutch baking has grown into a live stroopwafel experience designed for events, celebrations, and special moments.

Today, I bring this experience on location. Guests watch as fresh dough is pressed in a hot iron, warm caramel is prepared from scratch, and each stroopwafel is assembled and served fresh. The process is interactive, inviting, and fills the space with the irresistible smell of freshly baked stroopwafels.
